How to permanently delete your FAMUS Poker account and associated data.

FAMUS Poker lets you delete your account and its data directly inside the app — no email or form required. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete From Inside the App (Recommended)

Open FAMUS Poker and make sure you are signed in.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm when prompted. Your account and its associated data are then permanently deleted.

If you cannot access the app, email support@fam-us.com from the address associated with your account (or include enough detail for us to verify you own the account). We will process verified deletion requests promptly.

What Gets Deleted

Your player account and authentication identifier (uid).
Your play-money chip balance and in-game progress.
Gameplay and usage data linked to your account.
On-device settings are removed when you delete the app from your device.

What We May Retain

We may retain a limited amount of information where required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms. Any retained data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes and is otherwise deleted or de-identified.

If You Have a VIP Subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active VIP subscription, because subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google — not by us. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before deleting your account.

A Note on Play-Money Chips

Play-money chips have no cash value and cannot be cashed out. Deleting your account permanently removes your chip balance; it cannot be recovered or transferred.
