FAMUS Poker: Texas Hold'em — a free, play-money social poker game.

FAMUS Poker is a play-money game. Chips have no cash value, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be exchanged for money, prizes, or anything of value. This is not a real-money gambling app.
Reebootradio LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates FAMUS Poker: Texas Hold'em (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, why it collects it, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using FAMUS Poker you agree to the practices described here.
FAMUS Poker is intended for adults. It depicts simulated gambling (poker played with play-money chips) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age required in your region for a simulated-gambling app (18+ where applicable). If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
FAMUS Poker is a real-time multiplayer game. To let you play against other real players on shared tables, and to keep those tables fair and secure, we collect a limited set of information:

We do not collect your precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, health data, or biometric data. FAMUS Poker does not require these permissions.
FAMUS Poker includes optional rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob and its mediation partners. Rewarded ads are optional — you choose to watch one to earn additional play-money chips, and ads never interrupt a hand.
To serve and measure ads, our advertising partner may access an advertising identifier (Apple IDFA / Google AAID) and limited device and ad-interaction data. By default we request non-personalized ads. On iOS we present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; the IDFA and personalized advertising are used only if you grant permission, and you can change your choice at any time in your device settings. On Android you can reset or limit your advertising ID in system settings.
FAMUS Poker also offers an optional VIP subscription (auto-renewing) purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Purchases are processed by the app store; we receive a purchase receipt to verify and activate your subscription and do not receive your payment card details. You manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that make FAMUS Poker work:
Other players see only your in-game presence at a table (such as your display name and play-money actions). They do not receive your email address or account identifier from us. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of our players and service.
Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS / secure WebSocket / TLS). Our game server is authoritative — sensitive game state and your play-money balance are controlled on the server, not on your device, which helps prevent tampering. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards.
We keep your account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the game. On-device settings remain on your device until you delete the App or clear its data. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify the personal data associated with it, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
You can delete your account and its associated personal data at any time from inside the App: Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent. You can also request deletion through our Account Deletion page or by emailing support@fam-us.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@fam-us.com. We do not sell your personal information. An advertising identifier is used for advertising only where you have granted the required permission (for example, via App Tracking Transparency on iOS); you can withdraw that permission at any time in your device settings.
FAMUS Poker is operated from the United States. If you use the App from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated in the App where appropriate.
